Orion

Orion can be described in one word…a goofball. He has this ability to make people smile whether it’s his snorts or his bouciness or how he jumps up on his people and uses it as a chance to stretch and perfect opportunity to kiss his sweet face. Orion loves all people and just wants attention or someone to play with him.

Orion does well with dogs but he needs slow intros, he has a rough and tumble play style and he likes to stare which can be off putting to dogs but with slow intros he likes the companionship. Orion would also be fine as an only dog. Orion has never met a cat and requires a cat free home. Orion can be a lot of dog when he is excited and because of that we are asking for older dog savvy kids in the home. Orion is medium energy, he loves his walk but they are more sniffaris than anything. If you stop for too long on a walk he will sit and watch what is going on around him perfectly content. He is not a candidate as a running partner.

Orion is fully crate trained and potty trained. He can be in his crate for a full work day without an issue. Orion loves to please and is very food motivated, he would love a family who can bring him to positive reinforcement training classes. A few or Orions favorite things are being outside either exploring or sitting and sniffing the wind, playing fetch although he doesn’t always bring it back, wrestling with his dog friends and wrestling with his people. Orion tolerates the car, he is fine once in the car but he is reluctant to get in and sometimes needs a hand.

Orion is a wonderful dog with a fantastic temperament. Everywhere he goes people can’t help but comment about how sweet he is. Now this sweet boy is ready to find his forever home.
