Barney

Meet Barney the handsome tripod! Don’t let his three legs fool you this guy loves outdoor adventures. Barney loves his walks and exploring outside. Inside he loves to cuddle and relax close to his people. He is the perfect blend of adventurous and a cuddle bug.

Barney would prefer a pet free home. Barney likes dogs and has some doggy friends but he prefers his people all to himself. Barney loves people and would do well with kids in the home. He is bouncy and excited so older kids in the home would be best. Barney is a medium energy dog he loves going for walks and adventures, he loves playing fetch and a good play session inside. He also loves to lounge around and relax while inside. Barney has some mild separation anxiety, he requires a home where his people are around more often.

Barney is crate trained but doesn’t love it and will whine for a bit until he settles down. He has been left loose alone and has done well. Barney is fully potty trained. Barney is a smart boy and learns things quick. He would do well in a home where his people will take him to training classes. Barney does great in the car. Barney loves people and is eager to please, he would love a family who can give all the belly rubs and attention and who loves a constant cuddle partner during down time. Barney loves and trusts people quickly, he is looking for a forever home who will love him as much as he will love his person because he is really such a special lovable guy.
