Odin

Gentle soul Odin is looking for his forever home.  He is a laidback and quiet boy, who loves to spend his days around his family. He is a go-with-the-flow kind of buy, and enjoys sunbathing, chewing on his toys, and playing with his foster brother outside in the yard.

Odin loves other dogs, and would do best in a home with another confident and playful dog to spend his days with. He has not yet met a cat while in care, but a dog-savy cat may be okay for him. Odin would do best in a home with slightly older kids who understand giving a dog space when they need it. Odin will happily come to a child who gets down on his level and holds their hand out, but will run away if a child runs near him. For this reason, we feel kids aged 6+ would be best for him.

Some of Odin’s favourite activities include cuddling in the evenings, going for walks, and belly rubs. Bored and looking for some fun? This happy boy always welcomes an opportunity to play together.

Crate trained and house trained, Odin will even put himself to bed if he is tired before his people are. Odin is good in the car and has enjoyed up to 4 hours in the car without a problem. This sweetheart is polite in the home, and is very food motivated making him a lot of fun to train. When he’s excited he marches on the spot and smiles. He also can run really fast when he’s outside and can jump pretty good. Agility classes could be a great activity to bring him to!
