Picasso

Picasso is a loving gal who enjoys accompanying her people on outside adventures. She is shy initially as she warms up to her new environment and gets to know new 2-legged and 4-legged friends. Once Picasso has bonded with you, you will get to see her silly and loving personality.

When it comes to other dogs, Picasso prefers slow and controlled introductions. She would be happiest with respectful canine pals who will give Picasso space while she gets to know them. Due to Picasso’s shy nature, she isn’t a candidate for dog parks or off leash play if there isn’t a secure fence.

Picasso enjoys forested walks with a long lead so that she can find all the good sniff spots. She enjoys playing fetch but is still learning how to bring the ball back so that the game can continue.

Picasso is fully house trained and crate trained. She enjoys having her own safe place so it would be beneficial to provide her a crate in her new home. She can be left for a full workday but would love a midday break.
