Declan

Meet Declan, a cuddly little sweetheart with a gentle soul. Declan is playful and affectionate, always ready for a cozy cuddle after a round of zoomies. Declan is cautious at first never the one to run into a new scenario head on, but with people he is all tail wags and snuggles.

Declan loves dogs, he loves to play and run with them and cuddle them when he is tired. He does not require another dog in the home but would prefer one, or if he is a solo dog he would love to have lots of dog buddy’s he can play with. Declan has not met a cat while in care but with his cautious nature towards new things he would likely be respectful with any cats. Declan does well around kids but would prefer older dog savvy kids in the home. Declan is medium energy, he loves his walks and zoomies around the yard.

Declan is fully crate trained and when he wants to relax will go into his crate for a nap. He is crated overnight and for full work days when his parents go into the office. Declan is potty trained but does not know how to ask to go out so he is let out regularly to avoid accidents and he is clean in his crate. Declan is very food motivated which will make training easier. He would love a family who can bring him to positive reinforcement training classes. Overall Declan is a joy to be around, a true love bug who will bring a lot of happiness to his forever family.
