Kitt

Meet Kitt, a 12-week-old bundle of pure confidence and affection who believes that everyone he meets (human, dog, or cat) is his new best friend. Kitt is an exceptionally social puppy who navigates the world with a “happy-to-be-here” attitude. Whether he is playing a mini-game of fetch, trying to be your kitchen sous-chef, or “supervising” the household from his favorite perch on top of his crate, he does it all with a wagging tail and an intelligent spark in his eyes.

Kitt is remarkably well-adjusted for his age. He is already a crate-training professional, sleeping through the night without a peep and settling well for naps. While he still has the occasional puppy accident, he is a fast learner who has started signaling when he needs to go outside. His extreme food motivation makes him a dream to train; he has already mastered “sit” and “come,” and he will do just about anything for a treat. He possesses a rare ability for a young pup to self-regulate, transitioning from high-energy play bursts to quiet time with a chew toy or a snuggle on your lap.

Because Kitt is so social, he would thrive in a home with another playful dog to keep him company, though he’d be just as happy as a solo dog provided he gets plenty of attention. He is curious about cats and, while his “puppy manners” are still a work in progress, he is learning to be respectful of his feline friends. He is also a fantastic travel companion who settles quickly in the car, ready for whatever adventure lies ahead. Kitt is looking for a forever home that is ready to continue his training and provide the “all-access” snuggle passes he craves.
