Tamzin

Tamzin is a happy, easy going girl. She is outgoing with people and loves her walks, often running to the door when she knows it’s time to go out. Tamzin loves attention and if you get down to her level she will crawl onto your lap for pets and cuddles.

Tamzin likes other dogs and is happy to meet them on walks, she prefers the calm dogs. If there is another dog in the home she would do better with an easy going calmer dog but she is also happy and perfectly content to be an only dog. Tamzin has prey drive, she cannot live in a home with cats. Tamzin has met kids as young as 5 and she did well, she enjoys the attention. Tamzin is medium energy dog, she likes her long walks but would be fine with short walks. She could be a good hiking partner but not a good contender for a jogging partner.

Tamzin is fully house trained and crate trained and can be in her crate for a full work day. Tamzin has been left loose for a few hours and did well, she has excellent house manners. Tamzin knows the commands sit and stay and is working on paw, she would love a family who can continue her training through positive reinforcement. Tamzin is fine in the car.

Tamzin is the happiest dog you can meet. She loves you the moment you meet her. Beware her licks, she doesn’t shy away from licking you if you get close enough. Tamzin likes to find little nooks and corners around the house to sleep in – her favourite spot is in the corner of the closet.
