Pollie

Pollie is a very sweet and affectionate girl. She is an easy going, friendly girl who is a happy camper but she can get mischievous at times throughout the day. She loves lounging on the couch or in the backyard, when she is feeling energetic she loves to get the zoomies or chew a toy. Pollie gives lots of kisses and likes to snuggle up beside her fosters both human and dog in the evening.

Pollie loves dogs, she likes to play and cuddle and just be close to them. She could live with other dogs or be an only dog with doggy play dates. Pollie has not met a cat while in care, She would do best in a cat free home. Pollie likes the kids she has met, she would do best in a home with older dog savvy kids. Pollie is a medium energy girl, she has tried jogging but she loves to sniff everything so she would prefer walks. She is an athletic dog and would love a chance to try dog sports and she loves the water.

Pollie is crate trained but she will bark and whine initially then she settles. Pollie is potty trained but may have the occasional accident. Pollie knows the commands sit and no and is working on recall in the backyard. She has great house manners but will occasionally counter surf. Pollie would love a family who can continue with her training through positive reinforcement. Pollie is great in the car.

Pollie loves to play with other dogs, go for walks, lounge on the deck in the sun, and play fetch with the chuck it thrower. She also enjoys chewing bones and playing with enrichment toys. Pollie can sometimes be shy with new people but once she warms up everyone sees her sweet nature, she will make a wonderful companion for her forever people.
