Nala

Nala is a joyful, easygoing girl who radiates happiness wherever she goes. Nala can be shy upon first introductions to people but she loves cuddles, attention, and simply being around her people. Whether she’s curled up on your lap or snuggled up beside you, Nala is happiest when she’s close to her humans.

Nala loves other dogs, she loves to wrestle and play with other dogs and has a rambunctious play style. She sometimes barks at other dogs on walks only because she wants to say hi and make new friends. Nala loves cats, she enjoys playing with them, and she would do best with dog savvy cats. Nala is cautious with new people at first, she would prefer older kids in the home. Nala is medium energy, she loves going on walks and playing and then in the evening curling up with her people.

Nala is fully potty trained and crate trained and can be in her crate for a full work day, she whines initially but settles quickly and she runs into her crate with the promise of a delicious treat. Nala is very food motivated, she knows the commands sit and paw and is very eager to learn more. Nala’s favourite activities include, going for a good walk with her humans (she walks beautifully on leash), enjoying a cozy cuddle session (always accompanied by plenty of kisses), showing off her skills during training sessions (because treats of course), and happily chewing on her Benebone. Nala does great in the car.

Nala is truly a little ray of sunshine and has such a fun, loving personality. She has a wonderful balance of being playful and silly while also knowing how to settle down and enjoy a good cuddle. One of Nala’s funniest habits is her love of using the perfect height of the coffee table for a good “do-it-yourself” butt rub! Nala is the kind of dog who brings a smile to your face with her fun-loving personality, affectionate nature, and enthusiasm for life.
