Baylor

Baylor is a happy go lucky dog, very sweet and social. He listens really well to commands and just wants to be around his people. Baylors perfect day is getting to spend all day curled up beside someone.

Baylor loves other dogs, he loves playing with them and being around them and is respectful when they don’t want to play. He would be happy living with another dog or as a solo dog and having doggy friends to play with. Baylor has not met a cat while in care, he would prefer a cat free home. Baylor loves kids and loves the attention, he would do best in a home with older dog savvy kids. Baylor is a medium energy dog, he is still a puppy so when he gets playing you can really see his energy come out. He loves forest walks and runs and playing fetch. Indoors he is calm and collected happy to hang out or entertain himself with a toy until it’s time to play.

Baylor is crate trained, he doesn’t love being alone and will bark and cry initially but then settle in the crate while his people are away. He does try to get out of his crate, he will need continued support with his crate training. Baylor is potty trained. Baylor knows the commands sit, down, off, leave it, and come. He would love a family who can continue his training through positive reinforcement. Baylor does well in the car.

Baylor is the best of both worlds, he loves to go on adventures exploring and sniffing everything there is (he particularly likes using his nose to sniff out treats and his food). He is a chill guy inside choosing to cuddle or play with his toys which he likes to bring to his bed and hoard (his favorites are crinkle toys). All in all this guy is the full package.
