Bowie

Bowie is easy going and very sweet. Bowie loves to play, is very loving and loves human companionship, she is timid at first but she is worth the patience it takes to get this sweet girl to love you.

Bowie likes other dogs, she is very playful with other dogs. Bowie has not met a cat in care but with slow intros and a dog savvy cat she could live with a cat. Bowie has not been around a lot of kids, due to her timid nature she would prefer a home with older dog savvy kids. Bowie is medium energy, she loves her walks, chewing on a bone or playing with the ball.

Bowie whines in her crate initially but then settles down and is fine in her crate for a full work day. Bowie is potty trained when let out regularly but she is still learning how to tell her parents she has to go out. Bowie will need a family who is willing to work on boosting her confidence, she is a timid girl around new things but her foster family has been working hard to expose her to the world and using positive reinforcement training to encourage her to be brave. Her forever family will have to continue with this training. Bowie is just a sweet dog who needs a bit of help navigating the world but she is just a regular dog who loves her walks, laying out in the sun, and loving her people.
