Daisy

Daisy is an absolute love bug. She is full of affection and eager to share it with everyone from friends and family to delivery people and strangers on the street.
Daisy is a medium-high energy dog and would thrive in a home full of love, play, and regular exercise. She is still young, she will likely settle down a bit more in the years to come. She does love her cuddles though, so while she will always say yes to playing or going for another walk, she is very content to settle in with her people.
She loves her human(s) and enjoys cuddling on the couch and luckily is smart enough to know she is only welcome up on furniture when invited. She is extremely trainable even without treats since she adores praise and pats.
She has experience around groups of children, including kids as young as 2 years old, and is very gentle and understanding of young children. The only danger she poses is her long tail when excited but the kids in our family know to watch out for it!
Daisy also enjoys the company of other dogs and might benefit from having a canine sibling. However, Daisy’s vocal and acrobatic excitement when encountering other dogs can be overwhelming, so she could work on her introductions during walks.
She is crate trained and able to be left alone for a 8-9hr work day, although she whines before settling in. We think that she would do great in a home with some canine company while her humans are away or someone who works from home/hybrid, but would also be fine with regular work days. She thrives on routine and even puts herself in her crate when routines are followed.
She looks forward to meeting interested individuals and/or families and is sure to charm with her excitement for life, love of people and enthusiastic, full body wags. When you take her home, her cuddles and smiles will absolutely melt your heart.
