Davon

Davon is a lovable goofball who just wants to be close to his people and make them smile. He’s medium-to-low energy, enjoys a good toy session, and fits right in with other dogs of similar size and temperament. He currently lives with two smaller pups and has done well on visits to other homes with calm canine friends. He can be a little weary of larger dogs.

Davon may still be learning how to “dog” in some ways, but he’s eager to please, food-motivated, and redirects easily. He already knows how to “sit,” is working on “down” and “stay,” and would absolutely thrive with a little more training. This boy loves having a job to do and beams when he gets it right.

He’s house-trained, crate-trained for bedtime and short periods, and only chews on his own toys. He’s also a champion couch snuggler! Whether you’re watching your favorite shows or winding down after a long day, he’ll curl right up beside you. And when he’s feeling playful, his hilarious “Bambi on ice” leaps will keep you laughing; think gazelle meets goofball on espresso.
