Ebony

Ebony is an incredibly sweet, quiet, shy girl who is worth your time and efforts. Ebony has had time to decompress after her grand adventure and is ready to find her forever family. Ebony is looking for a calm and gentle owner who can continue building her confidence. She could live with older children who are able to respect her boundaries while she is adjusting into her new home. She is still quite shy and nervous but once she realizes you mean no harm, her acceptance of you is so incredibly rewarding. She will come and give your hand gentle licks and snuggle up to you. Ebony absolutely loves having a dog friend to play with and is her true, joyous self when she is running free in a secure yard with a doggy-pal.

Having lived on the road for 9 weeks, Ebony is still working on her house-training and crating. With time and patience, she has come so far but requires a home that is committed to continuing her structured routine.

Ebony requires an experienced adopter that has prior experience with nervous dogs that can be flight risks and continue to always have a GPS collar on her. Ebony is startled by loud noises and sudden movements so a quiet home is a must.
