Floyd

Floyd is the friendliest dog you have ever met, he comes off shy at first but that’s just him playing hard to get. Once he’s sniffed you a few times he is your best friend basking in all the love he is offered. Floyd is playful, very endearing, full of zip, and very expressive.

Floyd likes dogs, he does better with female dogs but would need a slow intro if he were to live with another dog. Floyd is also fine living as an only dog. Floyd has not met a cat while in care, he would do best in a cat free home. Floyd loves kids, loves following them around and giving them kisses. He would do best in a home with older dog savvy children. Floyd is a medium energy guy.

Floyd is crate trained and potty trained, he has also been left loose in a room for short periods of time and is not destructive. Floyd is fine to be left alone for a full work day. Floyd has good house manners and knows the commands sit and come and his foster mom is working on paw and lay down. Floyd enjoys the car and loves a cool breeze blowing through his hair. Some of Floyd’s favorite things are he loves to go for walks, loves to play fetch with his ball or toys, chase you around the house, and loves to snuggle and sit right with you. You just can’t help but love this guy!
