Fonzo

Fonzo is very sweet and happy, easy going and playful guy. He is the king of belly rubs and cuddling up on the couch and loves to nuzzle right into your nooks. He has the best long stretches, and loves to sprawl out weiner dog style and if you put music on and start to dance you will for sure have yourself a dance partner.

Fonzo loves dogs, he loves playing and wrestling with them and when it’s time to relax he likes to cuddle up against them. Fonzo can live with dog savvy cats. Fonzo likes kids but would do best in a home with older dog savvy kids. Fonzo is medium energy, he enjoys his walks and outdoor playtime with dog friends. Fonzo can be reactive on leash to other dogs because he gets so excited he wants to meet the other dogs and become friends.

Fonzo is fully crate trained overnight, he has also been left loose in a room and is not destructive. Fonzo is potty trained. Fonzo is doing very well with his obedience skills. He can sit, laydown, come when called, knows up and off for when he gets a bit jumpy, can high five, and stay when being fed. He would love a family who can continue his training through positive reinforcement. Fonzo loves car rides, and settles down easily for a snooze during long distance rides. Fonzo is initially nervous meeting new people and can get a bit barky, with some treats and patience he warms up to new people.

Some of Fonzo favorite things are going for walks, sniffing and exploring, playing fetch and tug, and hide and seek in a blanket fort. This handsome boy is ready for his forever home and he can’t wait.
