Gemma

Gemma is a gentle, affectionate girl looking for a cozy forever home where she can soak up snuggles, naps, and belly rubs. She’s a quiet, easygoing companion who truly shines in a calm, loving environment.

At home, Gemma is a happy camper. She’s house trained, crate trained, and has no separation anxiety, not a peep when left alone. She can comfortably stay home for 5–6 hours and would also make an excellent office dog thanks to her relaxed, well-mannered nature.

Gemma is medium energy and perfectly balanced: she enjoys playing in the yard, especially with her foster dog sister, but is just as content curling up for a nap or cuddle session. She’s recently discovered tug-of-war with a sock and loves gentle play and wrestling with her doggy friends. She chews appropriately and doesn’t destroy her toys.

She currently lives with a similarly sized dog and gets along beautifully with kisses, playtime, and all. Cats are unknown, and she has not yet been tested with children, though she remains calm and quiet in her crate. A fenced yard is preferred so she can safely enjoy outdoor time.

Gemma rides wonderfully in the car and is always happy to tag along for an adventure. She does alert bark if she sees someone through the window, but responds immediately to correction and settles right back down.
