Honey
Honey is a happy-go-lucky puppy. She is curious and chatty, and is as mischievous as the day is long. She loves attention, and will let you know when she wants more of it! She isn’t much of a cuddle bug, but will snuggle in for a few moments when she’s tired (before something distracts her and she’s off to play again!).
Honey lives with and has met a few dogs, she loves them all and is very respectful picking up ques from other dogs if they want to play or not. She would love to live with another playful pup but it is not necessary so long as she has doggy friends to play with. Honey lives with a cat and they love to play together. She is respectful of the resident cat and could live with a dog savvy cat. Honey has met children and has been friendly with all of them. She would do best living in a home with older dog savvy children. Honey will grow to be a medium to high energy pup. She loves her walks and runs on leash and when older could make a good running partner.
Crate training is going well for Honey, she will cry for a few minutes but then settles down and is in her crate for the night. Potty training is also going well with Honey, she will whine when she has to go to the bathroom. If you miss her cues she will use a pee pad by the door. Honey is working on the command come and sit, she would love a family who can bring her to positive reinforcement training classes. Honey does well in the car.
Honey is a lovable puppy and an absolute goofball. She is a chatty girl and will happily sing the songs of her people to you, especially when you correct her! She gets out of sorts when she is tired, crying even while she is trying to play. Holding her calmly and putting her to bed usually does the trick. Her goofy gallop when she hears her name will melt your heart.
