Lava is a super handsome, silly, and spirited little guy who is ready to melt hearts and light up a home with his joyful personality. This boy is a whole vibe — playful, bouncy, and always up for a good time.
He LOVES his toys with the passion of a dog on a mission. Squeakers? His personal life’s work. Fetch? Absolutely yes. Chasing his canine buddies around? Even better. Lava is the kind of puppy who can turn an ordinary Tuesday into a comedy show.
This lovable boy is also smart and eager to learn. He already knows “sit” and “touch”, is working on leash skills, and thrives with consistent guidance. He is super food motivated! At night, he happily snoozes in his crate, settling in without a fuss.
When Lava first arrived, he was a bit unsure of the world. Now, with patience and kindness, he has blossomed into a puppy who seeks out comfort and affection from his humans. He adores being included and is becoming a wonderfully cuddly companion.
Lava would thrive with a family who appreciates his goofy charm, keeps him mentally and physically engaged, and embraces all the joy that a young, energetic potcake brings. - Special: Lava is still a young pup and will benefit from a midday break as he continues learning and growing. His standard vetting, covered by the adoption fee, must be completed at our vet in West Ottawa which adopters must attend. Preference given to applicants committed to positive-reinforcement training and ongoing socialization.
