Nico
Nico is currently working on house training and leash skills, and he’ll need a family that’s home more often than not to help him continue learning at his own pace. He sleeps through the night in his pen without a peep and does great with routine and positive reinforcement. He gets along well with other dogs, and while a canine buddy would be a bonus, it’s not a requirement. Nico has not met any cats while in care, he could likely live with a dog savvy cat. Any children in the home should be older and dog-savvy, as Nico is both small and blind.
Nico is looking for a loving and patient home with someone who either understands the needs of a blind dog or is willing to learn. With a little guidance and a lot of love, he’ll thrive. He’s full of personality, resilience, and affection—and he can’t wait to share his heart with the perfect forever family.
