Meet Mylo: The Sweetest Potcake Around!

Mylo is a 2-year-old “Potcake” from Barbados, and he’s on the lookout for his forever home. This affectionate boy is all about fun and cuddles. He’s playful, silly, and independent—he likes to figure things out on his own, even if he could use a little help sometimes (which he’ll humor you by accepting!).

You may notice that Mylo doesn’t have eyes. He was born without sight and, due to complications with the small eyes he did have, they were removed for his comfort. But don’t worry—this doesn’t slow him down one bit! Mylo confidently navigates his home and yard with ease. The only special care he needs is ensuring doors are closed to keep him safe and blocking off stairs so he doesn’t accidentally tumble.

While Mylo can walk on a leash, he prefers to take it easy and enjoys lounging in the yard all day if you let him. Leash walking isn’t something his current foster home emphasizes, but with time and patience, it’s a skill he could develop.

One of Mylo’s quirks? He’s a veggie thief! He’ll happily munch on your beans and tomatoes, so keep an eye on your garden.

Mylo is a well-rounded, loving dog who gets along wonderfully with other animals. He shares his indoor space with cats, enjoys the company of relaxed dogs, and even hangs out with the household bunnies.
