Saleh

Saleh is a sweet, sensitive girl with a playful, goofy spirit just waiting to shine. She may take a little time to warm up to new people and unfamiliar situations, but once she feels safe, her true personality comes bursting through and it’s absolutely delightful.

When Saleh is comfortable, she’s full of fun and affection. She loves to cuddle right into you and would happily accept pets all day long. One of her cutest quirks? When she’s extra excited to see you, she pops up onto her back legs and does the funniest little happy dance

Playtime is a big part of Saleh’s world. She loves a good game of fetch, enjoys chewing on her favourite toys, and will zoom around the house or backyard with pure joy. Stuffies beware, she can turn them into fluff in record time!

Saleh is crate trained and finds a lot of comfort in her crate. It’s her safe space when she’s feeling unsure or overwhelmed. She can be a bit destructive if left alone outside of it, so continuing to use her crate will help set her up for success as she settles into a new home.

As she’s grown more confident in her foster home, Saleh has started to show off a very adorable little “tell”, her right ear flops down when she’s truly relaxed and happy. It’s a small but special sign that she’s feeling safe and content.

She enjoys going for walks and exploring, though new sights and sounds can still make her a bit wary (those pesky garbage bins are a work in progress!). Saleh will thrive with a patient, understanding family who will continue to help her build confidence at her own pace.
