Santos

Santos is the sweetest boy with a lot of love to give. He loves getting pets and attention and just being near his people. He is a gentle, quiet, easy going guy who loves to sit out in the sun catching all the rays.

Santos likes dogs and would do fine living with another dog or he would be perfectly happy being a solo dog. Santos had previously lived with a cat but he would chase it, so he would do best in a cat free home.
Santos loves people and is outgoing and friendly, he could live with dog savvy kids. Santos is medium energy, he loves his walks and the opportunity to sniff out new locations. He would enjoy hiking and someone who can bring him on adventures.

Santos is crate trained but he struggles being in the crate, he will rest for a portion but he will also pant and sometimes bark while in the crate. His ideal home would be someone home more often or someone who can work on his crate anxiety and be willing to continue working on improving his crate stress. Santos is fully potty trained. Santos is fine in the car but sometimes does get stressed, he will sometimes pant and get antsy.

Santos is a wonderful dog, at bedtime he loves pets and will put his head on your chest to make it the perfect position for both cuddles and belly rubs. He is a low maintenance guy who loves everyone especially if they have treats. This boy may not be perfect on paper but as a loving companion and best friend he is absolutely perfect.
