If you’re looking for a happy, affectionate puppy with a heart full of love and a zest for life, Sheera may just be your perfect match!

This sweet girl has never met a stranger. Whether it’s people, kids, or other dogs, Sheera is ready to make a new friend. Belly rubs? Yes, please. Kisses? She’s got plenty to share. If you’re nearby, she’s happiest simply being with you, whether that’s playing in the backyard or relaxing together in the same room.

Sheera is a typical young puppy with lots of energy and curiosity. She loves walks, playing fetch, chasing a soft soccer ball with kids, and soaking up the sunshine in the grass. She would thrive with an active family who enjoys getting outside and making playtime part of their daily routine.

She absolutely adores children and is currently living successfully with kids. Because she’s still learning not to jump up when she’s excited, she’d do best with children who are a little older and more independent. She would also love a canine companion who enjoys wrestling and playing as much as she does! She has done wonderfully with other dogs both in and outside of her foster home and is eager to make new four-legged friends. She has not yet been introduced to cats.

Sheera is doing great with her training. She’s coming along wonderfully with her house training and gives cues by letting you know she needs to go by waiting at the door. Sheera is crate trained, happily settling in at bedtime or when her family heads out. Like many puppies, she can only be left alone for short periods (about two hours) before needing a potty break and some exercise. At night, she sleeps soundly in her crate as long as it’s in or near her humans’ bedroom. Smart and eager to learn, Sheera already knows “sit,” “stay,” and “no,” and she’s continuing to build her puppy manners every day.

Her ideal home would have a securely fenced yard where she can safely burn off her puppy energy, humans who have plenty of time to continue her training and socialization, and, if possible, another playful dog to keep her company. Most of all, she’s looking for a family who will include her in everyday life because being with her people is what makes Sheera happiest.
