Sue

Sue is a happy camper. She is cautious and nervous with new things but with a little time and patience she is the most snuggly, cuddly, love bug you have ever met. Sue is a very sweet and loving girl.

Sue is cautious around dogs, she typically avoids other dogs while out and about. She is more comfortable with dogs off leash. She would be perfectly content to be an only dog but if she were to live with another dog she would need slow intros. Sue lives with a cat and does well, she mostly avoids the cat. She could live with another dog savvy cat. Sue has met children and has done well but due to her timid nature she would prefer a home with older dog savvy children. Sue is a low to medium energy dog, she is happy to go on walks but is also happy to snuggle under the blankets at home, especially during those cold days.

Sue is house trained and crate trained. She sleeps in her crate at night and can do a full work day in her crate, she likes her crate and considers it a safe space. Sue does well in the car for any distance of time. Sue loves to play outside and she loves playing with toys. Sue is nervous, she will require a family who can go slow with her, advocate for her in uncomfortable situations and praise her when she is being brave. It takes a bit of time and patience to get her to warm up to you, but it is so worth the wait. She is a very sweet and loving girl who just wants to snuggle with her people. Once she warms up she is a fairly confident and silly girl.
