Sunshine
Sunshine is a rambunctious little girl who thinks couches are fun to jump off of. She is adventurous but also cautious and will protect her family from any shadows lurking even if they are her own. Sunshine loves meeting new people and will instantly become your best friend. She is a puppy and can get into mischief but she is easily forgivable with those adorable looks.
Sunshine loves other dogs, she is always excited to get in on a good play session. If the play sessions get too much for her she is happy to go off on her own and entertain herself. Sunshine lives with cats and sees them as play buddies. She gets excited interacting with the cats so a dog savvy cat is required in the home. Sunshine has met children and done well but she is a puppy learning her manners. She would do best in a home with older dog savvy children. Sunshine is a medium energy dog, she loves her walks and off leash play. She is smart and agile and could be trained to be a jogging partner or sport dog.
Sunshine is crate trained and is in her crate for 8 hours overnight. She is doing well with potty training and is pee pad trained as well as working on her outdoor training, she does best when on a bathroom schedule while she is so young. Sunshine is very food motivated, she learned the command sit and paw quickly. She would love a family who can continue her training through positive reinforcement puppy classes. Sunshine does get car sick on longer rides, with time she will likely improve.
Sunshine is an adventurous girl with a big heart and a lot of love to give. She loves to lay on her back in her foster mom’s lap at the end of a long day of off leash play and fetching. Sunshine is curious to explore the world around her, as long as she has her human beside!
