Meet Victoria! This lady is a total sweetheart who’s ready to wiggle her way into your heart—and your home! Victoria greets her favorite humans with full-body wiggles and a tail that just won’t quit. She’s incredibly affectionate with adults and thrives on companionship, so she’s looking for a home where someone is around more often than not. Victoria loves her people so much that she has shown some mild separation anxiety when her people leave, which results in her vocalizing her feelings.

Victoria is currently living with another dog and absolutely adores him! She enjoys canine company but does best with slow, controlled introductions when meeting new dog friends. When she first came into care she really benefited from having another confident dog to show her the ropes. Another dog in the home isn’t a requirement but we know she would love having a friend. She’s not a fan of cats, though—her prey drive is a bit too strong for feline roommates. Victoria is looking for a home with no young kids as she hasn’t met any children while in our care and she’s a large breed with an excitable personality.

She’s a great mix of chill and playful, enjoying cuddle time just as much as a long walk. She is a medium energy dog with high energy moments, so she loves 2-3 walks per day. Right now, she’s a strong puller, so she’ll need a patient and consistent adopter who can help her learn to walk politely on a leash.
